On 12/12/2023 I received digital evidence from Fellows which was once again incomplete and did not contain any new or additional information... Based on previous complaints submitted by Fellows he has been well informed on the requirements necessary to proceed with an investigation Fellows has repeatedly failed to provide full and detailed records that are required to meet a prosecution standard.
