CASE UPDATE : LIVE CATCH ON JUNE 11, 2022 JOSEPH HAWES / GEORGE PAUL DAVIS AURORA CASE : 2022-23505 “I have had several cases involving CPP and have dealt with [CAPTAIN] in the past. Due to having talked to [CAPTAIN] in the past, I still had his email address. I sent an email to [CAPTAIN] asking for the video of when they contacted Joseph and Joseph admitting to everything that occurred...I still have not heard back from [CAPTAIN]. I did attempt to contact [COOLEY], who was the decoy in this incident. I was not able to reach [COOLEY] but I did leave him a message asking that he call me back... I still have not hear from anyone from the CPP... I have made several attempts to contact several parties with the CPP and have not received any calls or email back from an one. I have had several cases involving CPP in each case I have repeatedly asked for evidence that they have stated that they are in possession of, they have failed to provide that evidence. CPP records all of their contacts with the suspects and posts those contacts on their YouTube channel. It appears that CPP is more concerned about increasing followers on their channel than actually helping law enforcement and assisting in the prosecution of the subjects they contact. In the information sent there was an audio file but it was unplayable. From previous cases involving Colorado Ped Patrol, Thomas Fellows has been repeatedly asked to ensure he provides the raw video file of his contact with the suspects. Fellows failed to provide the video footage... On 12/11/2023 I emailed Fellows requesting a copy of the audio messages left by *suspect* in an effort to get further context to his conversations with the decoy. Fellows responded by stating he had already provided the materials requested but stating he would provide them again. On 12/12/2023 I received digital evidence from Fellows which was once again incomplete and did not contain any new or additional information... I advised Mr. Fellows of the dangers involved in contacting suspects involved in this type of activity and recommended that he contact local police departments prior to making contact... I also advised Mr. Fellows that his involvement in contact with the suspects could have adverse impacts on the possibility of prosecution... I HAVE AN EXTENSIVE HISTORY OF DEALING WITH THE COLORADO PED PATROL, A SELF-PROClaimed NON-PROFIT... WHO UTILIZE QUESTIONABLE LEGAL AND ETHICAL MEANS TO CONDUCT THEIR CHAtS AND SUSPECT CONTACTS...
